JOB SUMMARY:

Be responsible for all administrative aspects of the proposal including supporting the project management through the coordination, management, development, and production of proposals and related documentation in alignment with company goals.

Coordinating and producing the proposal (RFI, RFP, RFQ, etc.) response whilst assembling a proposal team with the relevant service / product / business knowledge required to win. Responsibilities include the introduction and implementation of all necessary proposal procedures and processes. This is a highly network role that requires an ability to work under pressure and to meet the deadlines.

Be experienced in scheduling and running proposal kick-off meetings, leading storyboarding presentations, sessions, facilitating key review meetings, final document review, coordinating proposal governance, sign-off, document production and delivery of the completed proposal. Typically should have experience of coordination and updating a Management System.

GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Обязанности):

  • Evaluating and understanding of Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Information (RFI) including Scope of Work (SOW) documents to identify key requirements for milestones, proposal organization, and evaluation criteria, as well as customer history in order to assist in the development of proposal management plans including the proposal schedule, kick-off meeting presentation, response matrix, and writing / responsibility assignments.
  • Ensuring proposal compliance with the RFP/RFI etc. Coordinating in comprehensive compliance reviews from RFP release through the submission
  • Managing the successful development of compliant, competitive, cogent, and compelling proposals through effective collaboration across teams that includes internal staff, corporate partners, consultants, and supporting vendors.
  • Applying experience and best practices in proposal team management to ensure the timely delivery of proposal submissions that are fully compliant with solicitation instructions.
  • Developing the proposal schedule, outline, compliance matrix, and Proposal Development Plan.
  • Working with the proposal team and project development manager to determine author assignments and integrate win strategy, themes, and discriminators into the proposal.
  • Providing insight, leadership, and work guidance to authors on all proposal content.
  • Managing the development of oral presentations, discussions, and proposal revisions.
  • Ensuring the high-quality content and appearance of final proposal deliverables.
  • Coordinating and supporting the production, reproduction, binding, and packaging in finalizing the proposal submission and response processes.
  • Providing pricing resources to pricing related information as required.
  • Creating electronic folders for storage of RFP/RFI responses and supporting documentation.
  • Exercising good judgment in the course of performing proposal activities, understanding and executing escalation procedures wisely.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS(Требования):

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Understanding of managing and writing proposals using the company processes and standards.
  • Minimum 6 years proven successful experience managing proposal teams and leading them efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment on moderate- to high-complexity opportunities.
  • Ability to use standard English writing styles to write proposal sections; this includes information research and synthesis from multiple sources (subject matter experts, previous proposals) into a cohesive, easy-to-read, and persuasive final product.
  • High proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project), Adobe Acrobat.

  • Clearly communicates, generates ideas both in verbal and written form, concise, and in professional manner
  • Strong understanding of company business strategy and how products or initiatives contribute to company goals
  • Possesses good project management skills required to support RFP process, renewal process, and pricing process
  • A basic knowledge of pricing strategies with an emphasis on value-based concepts
  • General business skills, industry knowledge, financial management and planning skills
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems using learned techniques and tools
  • Ability to understand and apply learned concepts
  • Ability to utilize judgment in decision-making process and decisions related to job tasks
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality

  • Requires the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all management levels (internally / externally), employees, clients and public

Условия:

  • Paid vacation (24 calendar days), official employment,
  • 130 000 RUR,
  • World Trade Center territory, "Ulitsa 1905 goda" tube station (exit to Krasnaya Presnya street).

Необходимо найти 3-4 лучших кандидатов на позицию PROPOSAL MANAGER
Для этого необходимо прособеседовать 30-40 человек
Проводить очные собеседования в офисе по адресу Краснопресненская наб., 12 (Международный Центр Торговли)
С руководством - только повторные собеседования

Кандидат должен быть:
• выпускник инженерного отделения
• с необходимыми навыками ведения переговоров
• с высоким уровнем владения английского и русского языка.
• турецкий язык среди кандидатов - приветствуется, но не является необходимостью
• с опытом управления (уметь управлять 2-3 работниками)
• более 5 лет опыта в промышленном строительстве.
