Описание вакансии

A career defining opportunity for a marketing leader to join a privately owned B2B German IT consultancy company to drive our marketing transformation and play a huge role in our next chapter of product development. Reporting to the CEO, you will test hypothesis, gathering insights and drive international (UK, EU) marketing by content, data and analytics by leveraging technology and external vendors.

This is a newly created position, in which you will play a key part in product development, focusing on lead generation. This role will be instrumental in driving digital to the core of our marketing vision, building out the business case for the changes we need and executing on the rollout. The successful candidate will lead the marketing practices and technologies for execution. This includes end-to-end campaign development and execution from digital marketing, social media, content and collateral development.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    · Drive the marketing transformation at Weigandt Consulting, aligning marketing strategy with the organizations growth objectives.

    · Create and execute an integrated marketing from designing a roadmap of campaigns, promotional execution across online and social.

    · Advise the company on how their goals can best be met via modern marketing best practice.

    · Lead the digital marketing plan in SEM, SEO, Social and Analytics, Marketing Automation

    · Responsible for website enhancement both in collaboration with key stakeholders in Sales and Technology.

    · Building collaterals and sales support materials for the demand team, working with subject matter experts, content writers and design to create compelling go to market pieces that can be used as part of the sales process.

    · Create and optimise user experience across digital touchpoints

    Capabilities Required

    · An experienced Marketing Lead with a record of accomplishment delivering significant growth in B2B, executing successful digital marketing strategies in EU/UK for complex IT products and services.

    · Exceptional communication and ability to build strong relationships and partner with key stakeholders (internal and external).

    · Experience in Marketing communication: social media and content marketing (website, blog, linkedin, facebook), email marketing, digital events.

    · Start-up experience is a plus.

    · Knowledge of SEO, media-buying, targeting and understanding of the technologies and automation tools available.

    · Strong leadership skills.

    · Ability to manage small and complex projects and multiple deadlines.

    · Strong analytical and commercial approach.

    · Strong budget management skills.

    · Excellent English language skills.
