Your duties will include:

• To take reservations and business enquiries (calls, emails, direct communication)
• To support guests and employees
• To find suitable solutions to meet customers needs depending on the possibilities available at the company
• To respond to a wide range of guest requests and promote hotel facilities

• Language - English advanced (must have working experience with foreign customers )
• Guest-oriented and service minded
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to listen and anticipate

• Work schedule (work shift 09:00-21:00 2 workdays after 2 days off)
• Specialization in different departments (front office, account management, reference management, housekeeping)
