Search for new projects via approach to designing, engineering and integration companies, providing ZERO-stage entrance of Company into Commercial Air Conditioners (CAC) projects. Be able to present the eqipment, to find appropriate technical solution and to convince prospects of products' advantages at negotiations
Seek for an opportunity to replace other brands to Company's principal brand in various CAC projects whenever possible via specific techical apporoach to projects
Work on projects' realization after CAC project is designed on Company's equipment. Provide constant feedback from all parties involved into project. Protect Company's equipment with all involved parties within projects to avoid replacement / elimination of Company's equipment from projects. Deliver Company's equipment to responsible parners at the end stage of projects
Provide appropriate / necessary techical solution and support CAC project partners, independently or together with appropriate technical staff of the Section. Be able to find and order the equipment at apopropriate source independently of with use of sales support staff of the Section
Coordinate operations of all CAC projects' involved parties, privide necessary actions from other parties such as contract and additional agreement signing, payments according to agreed schedule, equipment's pick up, transportation, intermediate storage, service, installation and comissioning. Deliver project to the end customer if necessary
Innitiate, develop, realize marketing activities and support related to assigned projects and overall Section activities: participate in trainings and seminars for prospects; motivate designers, engineers and installers to promote Company's goods; organize and execute promotions
Perform business planning (BP), annual and operational. Provide planned sales, purchase and inventory (ISP) targets fulfilment based on assigned projects. Fulfil operational profit targets based on BP profit & loss balance sheet (P&L), ensure particular project profitability.
Report regularly on ISP, P&L, project related statuses, pipe line, overall market figures and competitors activities
