Responsibilities:

- Skills and experience developing and testing highly scalable applications is a plus
- Skills and experience in data storage design and optimizations is a plus
- Experience using Agile Methodologies is desired
- Experience in cloud computing technologies is a plus
- Experience in SQL and NoSQL technologies is a plus: Cassandra, Hadoop, etc.
- 3+ years in a Software development as Java developer and 1+ years as Team lead with having demonstrated consistent delivery of quality software on schedule
- 1+ years managing technical personnel (5+ team members)
- Experience in solution-level development
- A solid foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in software design
- Strong skills in development process organization, CD/CI operation
- Strong object oriented programming and design skills; experience in Java and readiness to write a code from time to time
- Skills in architecting distributed, enterprise application systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Superior critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Strong English skills - spoken and written
- Your responsibilities will cover leadership in all aspects of software development, including design and architecture, coding and unit testing, performance analysis and tuning.
