The successful candidate will be able to:
· Manage and enlarge the distribution network, identify and implement new business opportunities to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives
· Establishing and developing effective working relationships with key customers
· Manage existing client relationships as well as identify and pursue potential new business development opportunities
· Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams
· Identify opportunities that would enhance the brand awareness and increase the market share of the company
· Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company's products
· Provides monthly results assessments of sales productivity
· Executes professional account management activities
· Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and a stable sales process
· Understand market needs and execute specific plans to support customers’ growth
· Identify and lead specific projects (cost reduction, value creation, business development, logistics) with the strategic accounts
· Maintain an awareness of market, industry and competitor trends and data
· Develop sales forecasts on a regular and timely basis
In respect of the ideal candidate profile:
· Working place preferably in Estonia
· Fluent English, any other language will be upside (Spanish, German)
· University degree
· Relevant years of sales management experience
· Must have proven experience in the telecoms or related industries
· Experience in Sales with telecommunications and international partners
· Knowledge of mobile operators, distributors and major consumer electronics retailers
· Ability to identify new sales opportunities, negotiation/selling abilities, knowledge of process
· Able to thrive under pressure with strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
· Mature person with high level of energy
· Stress resistant, foremost achiever and entrepreneur
· Interest in the telecommunications world together with a clear business profile
· Goal oriented and objective driven
