Senior accountant by sections - AP (Suppliers - general expense, courier companies), PayRoll

Job objective:To ensure reliable and fast financial information, to guarantee sustainability of accounting data in accordance with tax, accounting and labor regulations and Group norms :

• to ensure that Group and local standards and accounting rules are observed
• to anticipate and manage risks for your zone of responsibility
• to ensure accounting information is reliable and provided on time for your scope
• to suggest improvements to the Accounts for more efficiency on your scope of responsibilities
• to analyze and validate the figures produced by you and by team through formalized audit documents, profit & loss accounts, according RAS and Group norms
• to answer the questions and advise your correspondents (operational staff, colleagues, managers, auditors and statistic authorities)

• functional management if you lead a project
• organize and automatize work at particular area (find way to reduce working time; to abandon manual work) in respect with RAS, Tax legislation and Group norms
• to take part at other departments / sections linked projects
• to take part or organize training sessions for teammates
• able to check contracts linked to his perimeter and assess accounting risk and assist with tax risk
• able to identify risks in accounting process and set up necessary controls to avoid GAPs, risks
• to guarantee correctness and completeness of accounting data at his perimeter
• can take part in recruitment
• to take part in accounting policy update
• to provide data for Road book controls (monthly control file)

• English Intermediate (higher B2)
• Excel, 1C, Google instruments user, (would be good if you know Oracle, SAP)
• can integrate automating process in your activity
• can analyze activity and improve the process
• can manage a project of digital transformation of the process
• can complete financial reporting with statistical data
• guarantee accounting reliability and accounts revision
• guarantee clear communication of bookings
• manage archiving of documents according to the local norms
• understand taxation principles in my countre
• apply tax principles VAT, CIT in my perimeter
• understand the business flows of my activity
• understand the way of management of my activity and its associated risks
