Обязанности:Hennecke, an international market leader in high - tech production lines for polyurethane applications is seeking a Service Technician for their location in Moscow, Russia.Main responsibilities include:• Support of spare part and service order processing.• Advisory visits with the target to identify spare part requirements and retrofit opportunities along with technical service and customer training.• Ensure regular communication, consultation and cooperation with customers, suppliers, subcontractors and the technical & sales departments at our headquarters as well as the project manager.• Manage and/or support the communication and coordination of the construction site during assembly and commissioning. Find solutions for customer requirements differing from order specifications, changing schedules and technical problems.• Perform regular maintenance, repair and troubleshooting jobs.• Warranty claims processing and failure analysis on site and feedback to the technical support team at our headquarters.• Installation & assembly support and start-up & commissioning of polyurethane metering machinery and equipment independently or together with the international Hennecke teams in Russia and CIS.Требования:Requirements include:• Three years’ experience in assembling capital equipment• Electrical education is required• PLC programming experience with Siemens S7 beneficial• Good verbal and written communication skills also in English;• Knowledge of German beneficial• Ability to work under pressure• Hands-on type of person• Team-first attitude and strong motivation to learn and grow• Self-motivated and able to work independently• Willingness to travel (Time spent in the field: approx. 60 – 80 %)Benefits:• Competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience• Development potentialities in a international growing environment• A challenging, multifunctional and self dependent function• Short decision making routes in a team-orientated company
