Frimpeks is one of the leading manufacturers of self adhesive labelstocks and chemicals in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. We are seeking to recruit an AREA SALES MANAGER to join Label Division team and growing business in Russia.
The successful candidate will effectively manage the commercial & technical relationships in the assigned territory to deliver stretched sales & profitability targets. He/She will handle the current direct customers in the area while identifying the potential and the value chain in the self-adhesive labelstock, UV inks and UV varnish business units.
- Performing sales activities in the assigned territory to accomplish annual sales objectives.
- Prospecting for potential customers and identifying their technical and commercial needs.
- Introducing new products to the market and communicating customer feedback with the technical team.
- Analyzing payment performance of the customers and taking necessary actions to limit company’s risk in the market.
- Min. 5 years of hands-on B2B sales experience in narrow-web printing segment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills both in English and Russian.
- Customer oriented mindset with excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Possessing high level of initiative while being a strong team player.
- Action-oriented mentality to drive projects forward.
- Good command of MS Office, SAP and CRM systems.
- Flexibility for travelling across Russia and CIS countries (up to 75%).
- Driving license required.
